As part of a brand development strategy, they needed to badge up a system known as the Primary Care Digital Journey Planner… Digital Journey Planner to it’s friends… DJP to it’s close friends.

The DJP is a webtool used to Analyse, advise and improve, let’s say a GP surgery’s use of technology, it charts the current status, helps see what may be missing or not functioning properly and what can be done to improve their systems. This could include anything from digitizing records to sourcing remote consultation equipment and training staff or a whole list of improvements that can be monitored along the way.
